Moment Away by Dana Fuchs

Dana is a New Yorker and wrote the song about how she felt after the attack...and spoke words that many of us could not form on our own. Every time I hear it, I get chills because it reminds me of the moment when I watched it live on TV. It also reminds me walking into our school to pick up our kids and seeing the fear in the children's eyes because it was a military town and they knew it meant their mom's or dad's were going to war.Now I look back and I'm proud of us, we skinned our knees a bit, but we didn't break.
