It Must Be A Camel by Frank Zappa

It has the feel, the touch of NYC. It paints a picture in my mind of adversity, and overcoming adversity. The unusual bluesy chordation, melody, and beat, all say NYC to me. Zappa played for some time in the Village, and this was recorded in'69, not too long after that.

It is a sad, yet determined song; an instrumental that speaks of the sadness and recovery, from September 11, 2001.
